About Traitium

The assessment asks 50 questions and takes about 8–10 minutes, with no sign-up needed. Your answers become a score on each of the 14 dimensions: the four familiar axes — social energy, information style, decision style and structure preference — plus ten more, from risk tolerance and independence to curiosity and adaptability.

Your basic profile, with a score for every dimension, is free. A more detailed personal report is available as an optional purchase. The same answers always produce the same scores, whichever of our three languages you take the test in.

Traitium exists because personality reads more like a spectrum than a set of boxes. Two people can lean the same way on an axis and still live that preference very differently, and a score keeps that difference visible where a letter would hide it.

None of the 14 dimensions has a good end and a bad end. They describe tendencies, not verdicts — and nothing here sorts you into a type. What you see in your results, from the Trait Map to your profile title, is a view of your own 14 scores, not membership in a category.
