Terms of Service
Effective date: 9 October 2026
These terms govern your use of Traitium. By using the service you agree to them. The service is provided to you by The Traitium Ltd (registered address: 7/F, Wang Cheong Enterprises Centre, 65-69 Chai Wan Kok Street, Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong), referred to in these terms as “we” or “us”.
The service
Traitium is a self-discovery personality assessment: a set of questions that produces scores across fourteen continuous dimensions, a free basic profile, and an optional paid personalized report. The service is informational only. It is not a medical diagnosis, not a psychiatric assessment, and not professional psychological advice, and it is not an official MBTI instrument. Traitium is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or otherwise connected to The Myers-Briggs Company, the Myers-Briggs Foundation, or 16Personalities. Please also read our Disclaimer and Privacy Policy.
Access and result links
The current version has no accounts. You access the service and your results through links that contain a secure token. After a purchase we also email you a permanent link to your report, using the email address captured at checkout.
Keep your result links private: anyone who has a link can view the result it points to. You are responsible for how your links are stored and shared. If you lose a paid report link, contact us and we will help you recover access through the email address used at checkout.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- attempt to access, guess, or harvest result links or data belonging to other people;
- interfere with the operation of the service, including sending automated traffic that imposes unreasonable load or attempting to extract paid report content systematically;
- resell, republish, or redistribute paid report content; or
- use the service for any unlawful purpose.
We may block access that violates these terms or that endangers the service or other users.
Purchases, prices, and payment
The basic profile is free. The personalized report is a one-time purchase; there is no subscription and no recurring charge.
Prices are displayed in the currency we resolve for your country before you check out, and the price shown at checkout is the price you are charged. In Japan, prices are displayed as tax-inclusive totals. Payments are processed by Stripe; card details are entered on Stripe's checkout page and never reach our servers.
Delivery
The report is digital content. There is no physical delivery: your report is unlocked for viewing immediately after your payment is confirmed, and the permanent link to it is emailed to you.
Refunds and cancellations
Because the report is digital content that becomes fully available immediately after payment, refunds and cancellations are handled by our policy rather than by a return process.
You can cancel at any time before you complete payment on Stripe's checkout page; nothing is charged. Once a report has been unlocked, the purchase cannot be cancelled or refunded, except that we refund the full amount:
- if you were charged more than once for the same report;
- if a technical failure prevents us from delivering the report to you; or
- where the law requires a refund.
To request a refund, email support@traitium.com and include the email address you used at checkout. When a payment is refunded, access to the full report ends. Nothing in this section limits rights that consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you and that cannot be excluded by contract.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service, including all results and reports, is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. See our Disclaimer for the limits of what an assessment result is.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service or these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the report concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. These limitations do not apply where the law does not allow them, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Changes to the service and these terms
We may improve, change, or discontinue parts of the service. If we change these terms, we will publish the updated version on this page and set a new effective date; material changes will be noted on the site. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. This does not affect the mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence (for example, Japan).
